During the sales period, returns are at your expense. You can register your return on this link. A deduction of 6.95€ will be made from your refund or credit note.

Returns

Of course, you can return your swimsuit for a credit note or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The swimsuit must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with the free ANJA pouch. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is stained, damaged or without the hygienic protection label, we will not be able to take it back.

You can now register your return by clicking here. here ! You will then receive an email with all the information you need to return your parcel, as well as a returns slip if your order was delivered in mainland France or Belgium. During sales periods, returns are subject to a fee.

For France and Belgium:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days via this link. However, we do ask you to help us manage the flow of stock more quickly. There's nothing better than a little motivation:

Within 7 days of delivery, return shipping is free.

Please note: Returns outside France and Belgium are at your own expense, as are any customs fees which must be paid in advance, otherwise the parcel may be returned to you. We advise you to use DHL, which enables you to pay these charges in advance, and to opt for a shipment with tracking.

For the Christmas period, we are extending the return period. You can return your items until January 31, in exchange for an exchange or credit note.
