6. Prices - Accepted means of payment
6.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. With the exception of reimbursements made (i) when exercising the right of withdrawal or for (ii) lack of conformity and hidden defects, ANJA PARIS will not reimburse the VAT applied to purchases made on the Site (even in the event that the buyer, after receipt, reships the Products to a country outside the European Union). For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance and the payment of various duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products offered on the Site at any time and without prior notice. The Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is placed, subject to availability of the Products ordered at that time.
All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately upon placing your order. In the event of unavailability of certain Products ordered (see article 4 "Product availability"), only the price and shipping costs relating to the Products available will be debited.
6.2. Accepted means of payment
The following payment methods are accepted: credit cards and bank cards (Visa®, MasterCard®) via the secure platform implemented by Payplug and PayPal.
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable.
Any order placed on the Site implies that the Customer has all the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment made available on the Site.
Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to debit your card.
Your account will be debited when your order is shipped.
ANJA PARIS does not store the banking data of its Customers.
7. Reservation of ownership
The Products ordered remain the property of ANJA PARIS until full payment has been received by ANJA PARIS.

8. Delivery terms
8.1. Delivery area
Delivery means the physical handover of the Product to the Customer (the "Delivery").
Products purchased on the Site can be delivered in France and abroad.
For security and other reasons, ANJA PARIS will not process any order for which a poste restante, hotel, P.O. Box or Cedex address is provided.
Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the order process.
In the event of an error in the Customer's contact details, ANJA PARIS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s) ordered.

If it is not possible to make the Delivery, ANJA PARIS will endeavour to find a safe place to deposit the Product. Failing this, the Product will be returned to the ANJA PARIS warehouse.
ANJA PARIS will also leave a notice at the Delivery address indicating the location of the Product and how to proceed with a new Delivery. The Customer may contact ANJA PARIS Customer Service to arrange for Delivery at a later date, by sending us an e-mail at the following address [email protected].

ANJA PARIS shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery not caused by ANJA PARIS or due to force majeure (as defined below). ANJA PARIS also reserves the right to split deliveries. Your credit or debit card will be debited in the same way to correspond to the price of the Products actually delivered. If the delivery deadline is not met, you may cancel the order simply by sending an e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

ANJA PARIS will then be obliged to reimburse all sums paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date of cancellation of the sales contract. If you nevertheless receive the Product after having exercised this option, you must return it in accordance with the return procedure set out in Article 10 below.
You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of Delivery and indicate, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.).
You must then contact Customer Service by sending us an e-mail at the following address [email protected]. In the event of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in Article "10. Right of withdrawal - returns, exchanges, refunds".
10. Right of withdrawal - returns and refunds 10.1. Right and period of withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise under the conditions set out in articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1 and L. 121-21-2 of the French Consumer Code, excluding perfume and cosmetic products, if you meet the conditions set out in these provisions, without having to justify your decision and without having to pay any penalties.
ANJA PARIS' general return policy (for all refund requests) allows you to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, without having to justify your reasons and without having to pay any penalty. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
10.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
We offer you the opportunity to complete and submit your declaration of withdrawal by sending us an e-mail to the following address [email protected]. You will then receive confirmation of your withdrawal by e-mail.
You may also, before the expiry of the fifteen (15) day withdrawal period mentioned above, send any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw to the following address: ANJA PARIS 5 rue Pierre Guérin, 75016 Paris, France
10.3 Consequences of the right of withdrawal If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the Product is not in conformity with the contract, you may return the product(s) purchased and request a refund under the conditions described in Article 11 below.
11. Returns and refunds
11.1. Return procedure When exercising the right of withdrawal, Products must be returned in their original packaging (with the pouch), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of partial returns.
The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is free of charge if the place of Delivery is in Metropolitan France, except during Sunny Days. The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is at your expense if the place of Delivery is outside Metropolitan France and is at your risk.
To do so, please send an e-mail to the following address [email protected] indicating the reasons why you wish to return your order. Within a maximum of one week, you will receive by e-mail a return form to send back your order, as well as a transport form to be paid by ANJA PARIS in case of delivery in Metropolitan France, which you will have to print.
In the absence of the return order form inside the parcel, ANJA PARIS will not be able to reimburse the returned Products.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be refunded.
11.2. Refund
If a refund is requested, it will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Product(s) by ANJA PARIS. Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, the refund, including the standard Delivery charges for the initial order, will be made using the same method of payment used for the order.
Please note, however, that your bank may apply an additional delay to the refund.
11.3 Gifts ordered from the Site
Insofar as only the bank account of the person who ordered the product can be credited, only this person can request reimbursement via the Site's returns procedure. The customer who purchased the gift must then follow the returns procedure set out in Article 11.3.
12. Legal warranties
The Products sold by ANJA PARIS are subject to the legal warranties set forth in Articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-13 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code[A1] , to the exclusion of all other warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity
ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product in conformity with the contract and free from defects of conformity at the time of delivery of said Product, in the sense that the Product will be fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and that it will present the characteristics presented at the time of sale. ANJA PARIS is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging. ANJA PARIS may replace the non-conforming Product. If replacement is impossible within one (1) month of the complaint, or if you make a duly substantiated request, you may request a refund of the price of the Product. This warranty will only apply if you request it within two years of delivery of the goods. Defects of conformity which appear within twenty-four (24) months of Delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of Delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- Legal warranty against hidden defects ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product free from latent defects which render it unfit for its intended use, or which so diminish that use that you would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lesser price for it, had you been aware of them. This warranty will only apply if you make a claim within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect. In the event of a latent defect, you will have the choice of returning the Product and having the price and costs of the sale refunded to you, or keeping the Product and having part of the price refunded to you. In all cases, it is up to you to prove that you meet the warranty conditions. In the event of lack of conformity or hidden defects, you must return the Products to us at the following address: ANJA PARIS 5 rue Pierre Guérin, 75016 Paris, France - Force majeure
In the event of a force majeure event preventing performance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, ANJA PARIS will inform the Customer within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of such event, by e-mail or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The following are expressly considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually accepted by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals: total or partial strikes, lock-outs, riots, boycotts or other industrial actions or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemics, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes to forms of marketing, computer breakdown, blockage of telecommunications, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other event beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal performance of the contractual relationship. All obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation. If the event of force majeure continues for more than three (3) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of ANJA PARIS or the Customer without compensation on either side. The Customer's failure to pay cannot be justified by force majeure.
13. Limitation of liability
In no event shall ANJA PARIS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any breach by ANJA PARIS of any of its obligations.
14. Miscellaneous provisions
If one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope. No tolerance, inaction or inertia on the part of ANJA PARIS may be construed as a waiver of its rights under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. 15. Applicable law - Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. However, in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of June 17, 2008, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not prevent ANJA PARIS from complying with a provision that is more favorable to the Customer and from which there can be no derogation by agreement, by virtue of the law where the Customer has his habitual residence. In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of an order, you have the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are written in French. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a dispute, in accordance with regulation no. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000 : - you may refer the matter either to the courts of your place of residence or to the French courts, - ANJA PARIS may bring the matter before the court in the place where you are domiciled.
On the other hand, you assume the risks (in particular of loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the Products delivered from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.
8.2. Transportation costs
When entering the order on the Site, the Customer must choose the delivery method and the place of delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and the delivery method chosen.
8.3. Delivery times
For all orders placed on the Site, ANJA PARIS undertakes to prepare the Customer's order within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and within a maximum of 10 working days during busy periods (Christmas, sales, etc.), it being specified that these times only run from the time your order is validated by our Customer Service.
When ANJA PARIS takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).
Transport costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment and in accordance with the indications appearing in your order summary.

If the delivery deadline is not met, you may cancel the order simply by sending an e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:
ANJA PARIS 5 rue Pierre Guérin, 75016 Paris, France
In the event of discrepancies between the French and English versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the French version shall prevail.
